as promised this is the website

http://flatwater.info/

y'all can find all sorts of videos for world wide championships and maybe pick up a pointer or two from watching them. Up to you though be subjective! there are also articles and reports and stuff for y'all to read up on in your spare time. yup.

oh yes can we PLS get more water training? i think what vj kayak needs now is more water time. NJ has 4 water a week, TP has 3 a week, the other schools im not sure but im sure we should get more water. the other day my fren told me, his frem from SA canoeing said that VJ canoeists are stronger and fitter than them but their paddling technique sucks.

he went on to say if VJ canoeists improved their technique, their standard would be close to NJ. i thin the last part is bullshit but the point is i think we REALLY REALLY need more water training. =D getting big and muscular and having great stamina means for nothing if one cannot convert the strength and stamina into speed in water. after all last time mr teo always make us go land and gym cos he thinks that our cardio "like shit". but after cross country he alr said he assumed our cardio is there alr cos of top 50 for xc, then maybe we should spend more time in water? exco pls take into consideration! thank you.
